Outdoor: The junior multi-event athlete finished his season by posting a career-best decathlon score of 5,803 points at the All-Atlantic Regional Outdoor Championships, placing 6th...That score ranked #42 in Division III and included a win in the 1500 meters and runner-up pole vault finish...Was a scorer in three events, 400 meters (5th), javelin (6th) and pole vault (7th), at the Liberty League West Championships...Had two runner-up results at the RIT-UR-Union Meet on Mar. 27, coming in the 100 meters and pole vault...Career-best marks in the decathlon, 100 meters (11.63), high jump (1.70m) and javelin (41.94m) during the season...Academically, named a UR Provost Circle Scholar...Earned Liberty League and USTFCCCA All-Academic team honors.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Sophomore enjoyed a strong season indoors, qualifying for the Liberty League and AAR meets...Was two-time Liberty League Honorable Mention after 3rd place results in the pole vault (4.22m) and heptathlon (4,356 points)...Finished 7th at the regional meet in the heptathlon, helping Rochester finish 10th as a team...Had six total top-10 results in six meets during the season...Was on runner-up 4x200 meter relay team at Nazareth Conference Tune-Up Invitational...Liberty League All-Academic selection.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Appeared eight times during first-year season indoors...Competed in the heptathlon at the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Region Championships, finishing 6th in both meets...Season-best score of 4,060 points came at the AAR meet where he was top-4 in four of the seven events contested...Had six overall top-8 finishes, including a 3rd place result in the heptathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 25...Season-best performances in the shot put (9.71 meters), 60 meter dash (7.53 seconds) and 60 meter hurdles (10.89 seconds) at the Liberty League Meet...Top marks in the 1000 meters (2:44.28), high jump (1.70 meters) and long jump (6.11 meters) at the regional competition.
Outdoor: Showed versatility, competing in seven different events across four meets during spring...Competed in three events at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, placing 11th in the pole vault (4.10 meters), 12th in the javelin (31.86 meters) and 15th in the 100 meters (11.64 seconds)...Had two top-8 results at the UR Alumni Invitational, coming in the 110 meter hurdles and long jump.
