At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Competed in four meets before missing the rest of the indoor season due to injury...Set a new personal best in the 60 meter hurdles at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 21, finishing 13th in the prelims with a time of 9.26s...Also scored two Top-10 results at Brockport, finishing 8th in the high jump (1.81m) and 10th in the pole vault (3.65m)...Earned three Top-5 finishes in the Heptathlon at the Brockport Multi, finishing first in the shot put (12.20m), third in the long jump with a new PR (7.49) and fourth in the long jump (6.18m).
Outdoor:Â Wrapped a stellar multi-event career, winning the Decathlon at the Liberty League Championships and qualifiying for the NCAA Division III Championships...Finished 13th in the decathlon at NCAAs with 6,384 points, setting new PRs in the 400 meters (11th, 51.80) and the 1,500 meters (8th, 4:41.73)...Also scored Top-10 results in the decathlon high jump (2nd, 1.90m), shot put (3rd, 12.29m) and 1,500 meters...USTFCCCA All-Region in the decathlon, ending the regular season ranked 13th in the event...First-Team All-Liberty League in the decathlon, winning the event at the conference championships with a personal-best score of 6,534 points...Finished in the top three of all but one decathlon event, winning the shot put (1st, 13.18m), high jump (1st, 1.95m) and discus (1st, 34.64m)...Also set new personal-best marks in five decathlon events at Liberty Leagues in the shot put, high jump, discus, 110 meter hurdles (2nd, 16.25m) and pole vault (3rd, 3.95m)...Finished second in the decathlon (6,076) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on April 14-15, setting a new PR in the 100 meters (6th, 11.73), while taking home event wins in the high jump (1st, 1.88m) and shot put (1st, 12.21m)....Finished in the top five of 19 decathlon events and top 10 in 23-of-30. adding two top-10 results outside the decathlon...Placed seventh in the javelin throw (39.79m) at the UR Alumni Invite on April 22 and eighth (39.41m) at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on April 29...College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honoree...Named Liberty League All-Academic...Earned third USTFCCCA All-Academic nod.
At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared seven times during indoor season as a junior...Ended the season ranked #30 in Division III in the heptathlon after scoring 4,521 points during 3rd place result at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup in late January...All-Region selection by the USTFCCCAÂ and All-Liberty League honorable mention in the heptathlon...Was 3rd at Liberty League meet in heptathlon with score of 4,168 points, helping Rochester win its first ever indoor league title...Six top-8 results during the year.
Outdoor: Ended the season ranked #43 in Division III in the decathlon with his score of 5,895 points in a title winning performance at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...1st Team All-Liberty League and USTFCCCA All-Region in the decathlon...Ended 3rd at the AARTFC Championships in the decathlon...Had six personal-best performances during the season, including the decathlon, pole vault, 400 meters, javelin, hammer throw and discus...Finished runner-up in the 110 meter hurdles at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8, also finishing top-10 in the 400 meters...Elected Academic All-District by CoSIDA...Was USTFCCCA All-Academic and Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Competed in four events during UR's lone indoor competition during the season...Was 3rd in the long jump, 5th in the 60 meter hurdles, 7th in the shot put and ran on UR's 3rd place 'B' relay in the 4x400 meters.
Outdoor: Ended season with a score of 5,863 points in the decathlon at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, placing 5th...That score finished the season ranked #40 in Division III and earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors...Competed in four events at the Liberty League West Championships, scoring 3rd in the triple jump (13.15m), 4th in the high jump (1.85m), 6th in the 110 meter hurdles (16.43 seconds) and 9th in the long jump (6.11m)...Honorable Mention All-League accolades in the triple jump...Earned runner-up finish in the decathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 19...Named Liberty League Rookie of the Week on May 24...USTFCCCA All-Academic Team member, also earning Liberty League All-Academic honors.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Successful first-year season with Rochester, competing at the All-Atlantic Regional and Liberty League Championships...Finished runner-up in the heptathlon (4,367 points) at the Liberty League meet, taking home 2nd Team All-Conference accolades in the process...Also, was 7th at the conference meet in the high jump...Had UR's top heptathlon score in 2020...Was 9th in the heptathlon at the regional competition...Won high jump in first collegiate meet, clearing 1.89 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Opener...Six total top-8 finishes on the season.
HS: Attended Keene HS...Participated on cross country, indoor track and field, basketball and outdoor track and field teams during his time...Named team captain of basketball and outdoor track teams as a senior...All-State honorable mention on the hardwood...Personal best marks of 6'3'' in the high jump, 39'10'' in the long jump...Averaged 10.3 ppg, 10.5 rpg and 2.2 bpg for basketball career...Earned Science Book Award and 12-season Athlete Award...Gene Seaver Award recipient and named winner of Keene Sentinel Sportsmanship Award...Member of the Student, Class and Student Athlete Leadership Council.
