Outdoor: Part of UR's 3rd place 4x100 meter relays at the All-Atlantic Regional and Liberty League West Championships...Earned Honorable Mention All-League honors in the relay...Competed in three events at the conference meet, ending 6th in the long jump and 7th in the 200 meters as an individual...Made appearances at eight meets, finished inside the top-4 a total of 10 times...Win on 4x100 meter relay at UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3, also placing 3rd individually in the long jump with a season-best 6.68 meters...Earned UR's O'Brien Book Award for his efforts in the classroom...Liberty League All-Academic selection.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Ran in eight meets during first-year season with Rochester...Placed 16th in the 200 meters at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Five top-10 results on the year...Part of Rochester's 4x200 meter relay (1:32.97) which finished 2nd at the Conference Challenge Cup and had UR's top time this season...Earned Rochester's Student Life First-Year Leadership Award.
HS: Member of the soccer and track and field teams at North Raleigh Christian Academy in North Carolina...Earned track and field sprinter MVP and soccer Golden Boot awards during sophomore year...Personal bests of 11.44 seconds in 100 meters and 23.74 seconds in 200 meters...Helped team to 2016 3A soccer state title...Part of two winning relays at the TISAC track and field conference championships in 2018.
