At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Appeared eight times indoors, all coming in the weight throw...Set a new personal-best with a 16.18 meter toss at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships, finishing in 10th place overall...Received Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors for a 3rd place result (16.11m) at the Liberty League Championships...Finished 2nd in the weight throw at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 19, hitting a 16.14 meter distance...Finished no worse than 10th place in every meet during the season.

Outdoor: The junior competed at seven competitions during the spring season...Was a 3-time medalist (top-8) at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 7th in the discus (37.92m) and 8th in both the hammer throw (46.53m) and javelin (49.62m)...Qualified for the AARTFC Outdoor Championships in the javelin and placed 28th overall...Personal-best mark of 53.29 meters in the javelin at the Rochester Spring Twilight, securing 3rd place overall...Was 4th in the hammer throw at the same meet, posting one of 11 total top-8 results during the season...Finished 5th in the hammer throw (PR, 48.55m) and was 4th in the javelin at the Towson Invitational on Mar. 29...Named a UR Provost Circle Scholar...Liberty League All-Academic.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Competed in the weight throw in seven meets...Set a new personal best at the 2022-23 Liberty League Indoor Championships with a 13.02m throw, good for 15th place...Finished in the Top 20 of the weight throw in all but one meet, with a season-high mark of 15th at Liberty Leagues and 16th at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4.

Outdoor: Participated in six meets during the outdoor season, competing in the discus, hammer throw and javelin...Competed in the discus, hammer throw and javelin at Liberty Leagues, scoring in the javelin with a 6th-place result (48.05m), and setting a new personal-best throw in the hammer (10th, 45.53m)...Added another PR in the discus at the UR Alumni Invite, placing ninth with a 39.90m throw...Added a second-place result in the javelin at the Rochester Alumni Invitational with a 45.69m throw...Scored two Top-5s at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, finishing fourth in the discus (38.86m) and javelin throw (47.32m)...Earned seven Top-10 results on the year...Liberty League All-Academic selection.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: First-year thrower appeared in six meets...Season-best result of 20th place in the weight throw at the Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22...Had top throw of 11.61 meters in the weight throw at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 18.

Outdoor: Five appearances outdoors...Qualified for three events at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Finished 10th in the javelin (43.28m), 14th in the discus (34.65m) and 17th in the hammer (39.70m) at the conference meet, setting season-best marks in the discus and hammer...Runner-up result with a season-best toss of 48.55 meters in the javelin at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on Apr. 24.

HS: Attended Litchfield HS...Earned four varsity letters in cross country, basketball and track and field for the Cowboys...Named team captain of all three teams as a senior...Placed runner-up in Berkshire League Championships in javelin and discus as a senior...Followed that performance with a runner-up in the javelin at the CIAC Class S Championships...Personal best mark of 45.59 meters in the javelin and 33.53 meters in the discus...Class Valedictorian...Class President as a junior and senior...Earned Harvard Book Prize, Bausch & Lomb Science Award and was a member of the National Honor Society.
