At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared in five meets...Three top-8 results on the season, including a runner-up finish on the Yellowjacket DRM at the Conference Challenge Cup in late January...Personal-best indoor time of 2:03.33 in the 800 meters at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 18, placing 14th.
Outdoor: Six meet appearances during senior season...Set two personal-bests at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, finishing 6th in the steeplechase (9:43.96) and 8th in the 1500 meters (4:04.40)...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the steeplechase and ended 12th...Top-finish of 3rd place in the steeplechase at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on Apr. 24...Overall, compiled five top-8 results during the season...Named a UR Provost Circle Scholar...Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Ran in two events at the Nazareth Triangular...Finished 5th in the 800 meters and was on UR's 'B' relay which finished 3rd in the 4x400m relay.
Outdoor: Ran in six meets...Finished 9th at the Liberty League West Outdoor Championships, coming in the 800 meters (season best 2:00.46)...Individually, finished 2nd in the 1500 meters at the RIT-UR-Union meet on Mar. 27, his best result of the season...Was also 2nd on UR's 4x400 meter relay at the Brockport Friday Night Invite on May 1...Two 4th place results at the RIT Friday Meet on Apr. 23...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.
HS: Attended Pioneer HS...Lettered in indoor and outdoor track & field and cross country for the Panthers...Named team captain of each team as a senior, also leading outdoor track & field squad during junior season...Named indoor Team MVP as a senior and was three-time outdoor Team MVP...Personal best time of 1:57.88 in the 800 meters...Helped team win 2018 Section VI Class B Cross Country title...Member of the National Honor Society and served as Treasurer.
