At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Named team captain as a senior...Made eight meet appearances, competing at both the AARTFC and Liberty League Championships indoors...Had huge performance at the Liberty League meet, finishing 3rd in the shot put (14.41 meters) and 5th in the weight throw (15.01 meters) to help Rochester earn its first ever team conference title...Both marks were career-bests...Finished 21st in the shot put and 22nd in the weight throw at regionals...Named All-Liberty League honorable mention in shot put...Nine overall top-8 results across 16 total entries.
Outdoor: Competed at eight meets outdoors...Four scoring performances at the Liberty League Championships in the throwing events...Was 6th in the shot put and discus, 7th in the javelin and 8th in the hammer throw...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships and ended 18th in the discus and 20th in the shot put...Career-best mark of 47.27 meters in the hammer throw at the Nazareth ROC City Final Qualifier...Had 17 overall top-10 results during the season, including three or more at four separate meets...Top finish of 3rd place in the javelin at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on Apr. 24 where he also set a career-best in the discus, tossing a mark of 43.03 meters, good for 6th...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Had two top-3 results at the Nazareth Triangular during the indoor season...Was runner-up in the shot put with a mark of 13.52 meters and finished 3rd in the weight throw (14.42m)...Earned USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region honors in the shot put.
Outdoor: Appeared at eight competitions during junior season...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in three events, placing 9th in the javelin, 12th in the discus and 18th in the shot put...Four entries at the Liberty League West Outdoor Championships, earning All-Liberty League Honorable Mention accolades following 3rd place results in the shot put and javelin...Also, recorded top-8 results in the discus (5th) and hammer throw (7th, season-best 41.72m)...Career-best mark of 49.51 meters in the javelin at the Brockport Friday Night Invite on May 1, ending as runner-up...Was a double-winner for UR at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3, winning the shot put and javelin while also placing 2nd in the discus...Ended inside the top-4 a total of 13 times during the season...Named one of UR's team captains...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Competed at eight meets during sophomore season indoors, including the Liberty League Championships...Finished 11th in the shot put and 14th in the weight throw at the conference meet...Had UR's top shot put of the season, 13.31 meters, coming at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, a mark which resulted in a 12th place finish...Season-best result of 6th place came at the RIT February Invitational in the shot put...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: First-year thrower appeared in six meets indoors...Finished in 13h place in the shot put at the Liberty League Indoor Championships with a season-best toss of 12.55 meters...Finished 11th in the same event at the RIT February Invitational, his best individual finish on the season...Posted best weight throw mark (11.74 meters) on Dec. 8 at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic, ending in 18th.
Outdoor: Threw in seven meets during the spring, participating in all four throwing disciplines...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the javelin (9th), discus (11th) and shot put (16th)...Had season-best marks at the conference meet in the javelin (45.80 meters) and discus (36.35 meters)...Finished runner-up in the javelin at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 14 and was 3rd in the same event at the SJFC Cardinal Classic on Apr. 27...Two top-4 results, coming in the shot put and discus at the Geneseo Mid-Week Meet on Apr. 18...Top UR mark in the shot put (12.48 meters) this season.
HS: Earned multiple letters in indoor and outdoor track and field and football at Cardinal Spellman HS...Named track and field team captain...Football Defensive MVP in 2017 and track and field MVP in 2018...Earned All-League honors in both football and track and field as a senior in 2017-18...Personal best toss in the shot put of 48' 7'', discus 117' 3'' and javelin 143' 6.25''...Member of the National Honor Society.
