At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region accolades in both the 800 meters and 4x400 meter relay after winning both events at the Nazareth Triangular in February...Posted 1:57.77 time in 800 meters and was on winning relay with time of 3:31.91.

Outdoor: Ran in five events for the Yellowjackets as a sophomore including the All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League accolades in the 800 meters after a 3rd place finish in 1:57.74...Two runner-up results at the RIT Friday Meet on Apr. 23, coming in the 4x400 meter relay and 800 meters...Earned multiple academic honors, including O'Brien Book Award, CoSIDA Academic All-District 1st Team and Liberty League All-Academic.

At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Strong rookie campaign saw him run at the All-Atlantic Region and Liberty League Indoor Championship meets...Was 4th at regionals in the 800 meters in a season-best 1:55.40 which cracked the top-50 in Division III...Also, earned two All-Conference accolades, finishing 2nd on UR's DMR (10:32.68) and 3rd in the 800 meters (1:56.59)...Had Rochester's top 1000 meter time this season at 2:35.89, coming in an event win at the Nazareth Conference Challenge...Nine top-8 results on the season...Liberty League Rookie of the Week on Mar. 9...USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

HS: Attended Cornwall Central HS...Lettered in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track for the Dragons...Team MVP of cross country team as a sophomore and junior, earning Coaches Award during senior season...Earned Indoor Track and Field Coaches Award and Outdoor Track MVP honors during 2018-19 season...Personal best times of 51.7 seconds in the 400 meters, 1:55.7 in the 800 meters and 4:23.4 in the 1600 meters...Member of the National Honor Society and served as treasurer for both NHS and Key Club.
