At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Competed three times during junior year indoors...Posted career-best mark of 10.42 meters in the shot put at the RIT February Invitational...Had 6th place result on UR's 4x400 meter relay at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10...Finished 10th in the pole vault, earning his top individual mark of the year at the Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22, clearing 3.65 meters.

Outdoor: Appeared in five meets during the season...Was winner of the javelin at the RIT-UR-Union meet on Mar. 27 to open the season...Finished 3rd in the decathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 19, scoring 5,534 points...Decathlon result had 1st place finishes in the 100 meters, 400 meters and javelin...Two top-8 results at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3, coming in the javelin (4th) and high jump (7th)...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team for his performance in the classroom.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets during rookie campaign...Finished 5th in the heptathlon (4,046 points) at the Liberty League Indoor Championships and qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional meet in the same event where he placed 11th...Was on runner-up 4x200 meter relay at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up, his best result on the season.
HS: Branford HS graduate...Lettered in track and field (indoor and outdoor) and soccer for the Hornets...Team captain of both track and field squads as a senior, serving as a multi-event athlete...Most Improved Award winner in soccer as a junior and team field event MVP in outdoor track and field for two straight seasons as a junior and senior...All-State honors for three seasons in track and field (Indoor 2018, Outdoor 2018, Outdoor 2019), and also earned two All-SCC honors...Finished second in the state decathlon with personal best 5,544 points...Helped Hornets finish first in the Oranoque Division during the outdoor season as a senior...Member of National Honor Society, World Language Honor Society and Science Honor Society...Model Congress President and member of the Music Makers a capella group.
