At UR 2021-22: Indoor: One of UR's top throwers as a senior during indoor season...Competed at both the AARTFC and Liberty League meets in both the shot put and weight throw...Earned All-Liberty League honorable mention honors in the weight throw, finishing 3rd with a mark of 16.14 meters...Placed 5th at Liberty Leagues in the shot put, tossing a career-best 13.99 meters...Was 11th in the weight throw and 20th in the shot put at regionals...Weight throw champion at the Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22 and runner-up two weeks later at the Bomber Invitational...Had five top-3 performances during the season and six others in the top-10.
Outdoor: Wrapped up collegiate career competing in eight meets outdoors...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the hammer throw and finished 13th with a mark of 49.96 meters, a season-best...Competed in three events at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, ending 6th in the hammer throw, 7th in the shot put and 17th in the discus...Nine overall top-10 results on the season...Season-long marks of 13.47 meters in the shot put and 36.18 meters in the discus came at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 30.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Was a double-winner for UR in his first track and field competition, the Nazareth Triangular...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region accolades for the indoor season in both the shot put (13.58m) and weight throw (16.14m).
Outdoor: Had terrific season outdoors as a junior, earning USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the hammer throw after a season-best toss of 54.45 meters which ranked #25 in Division III...Captured 3rd place in the hammer at the All-Atlantic Region Championships, also placing 12th in the shot put with a season-best 13.86 meter toss...Competed in three events at the Liberty League West Championships...Was 2nd in the hammer, earning 2nd Team All-League honors, also placing 4th in the shot put and 14th in the discus...Earned three event wins during the season, all coming in the hammer throw...Two top-2 results at the Geneseo-Ithaca-UR Tri-Meet on Apr. 17...Earned Liberty League Field Performer of the Week honors twice during the season.
HS: Rome Free Academy graduate who lettered in football and track and field for the Black Knights...Named team captain of both teams in junior and senior seasons...Earned All-State honors along defensive line (sr.) and offensive line (jr)...Was 1st Team All-Central NY and 1st Team All-League and All-Mohawk Valley...Earned Iron Man Award as a senior...1st Team All-CNY and 1st Team All-Mohawk Valley in track and field, finishing as a 3-time Section III weight throw champion, also placing 8th in New York and 10th in the federation...Ranks 2nd all-time in school history for single-season and career tackles with 203 stops...Was teams offensive and defensive Lineman of the Year for three straight years...Member of the National Honor Society and Block R Club.
