Outdoor: Finished Yellowjacket career by running in six meets during the outdoor season...Final meet was the Liberty League West Championships where he ran to 4th place finish in the 10000 meters, posting a career-best 35:12.70...Four total top-8 results, including three in individual events...Named team captain during the season.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Competed six times, including at the Liberty League Championships...Finished 15th at the conference meet in the 5K, clocking in with a PR time of 15:38.55...Was the winner in the mile at the RIT Invitational on Jan. 31, crossing the finish in 4:32.47...Did not finish worse than 15th in all six events competed in during the year.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Appeared in three meets, running the mile at each competition...Finished 4th at the RIT February Invitational for his season-best finish...Ran a career-best time of 4:32.19 in the mile at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational on Feb. 3, ending 19th.
Outdoor: Ran five times and earned five top-10 performances during the spring...Was 5000 meter winner at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 14, clocking in with a time of 16:00.96...Two top-8 results at the Rochester Spring Classic, running 4th on 4x400 meter relay and 8th in the 1500 meters (season-best 4:07.95).
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Ran in four meets during rookie campaign indoors...Was 8th in the 3000 meters at the Brockport Multi and Invitational, clocking in at 9:28.02...Finished 12th in the 3k at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invite a month later.
Outdoor: Appeared in three meets...Had best finish come at home in the Rochester Twilight Classic, running 10th in the 1500 meters.
HS:Â Was a member of the cross country, nordic skiing and outdoor track and field teams at Pittsford Mendon HS...Team captain as a senior for all three teams...Earned Jason Dejoy award as a senior...Helped Vikings to four straight New York State titles, earning Section V title in each year as well.
