At UR 2020-21: Outdoor: Named to Liberty League All-Academic team for his efforts in the classroom.

At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Appeared in six meets...Finished 19th in the 5000 meters (15:41.65) at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Finished runner-up three times on the season, coming in three different events (mile, 3K, 5K)...Ended second at the RIT February Invitational in the mile, crossing the finish in 4:34.71.

HS: Participated in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field and lacrosse at Churchville-Chili HS...Was team captain in XC and both track and field teams during senior season...Was awarded Most Promising as a sophomore on indoor track team...1st Team All-Monroe County as a junior and senior in cross country, also earning All-Greater Rochester Honorable Mention accolades in 2018...Personal best 5k cross country time of 16:20...1600m PR of 4:58 and 3200m PR of 10:20 on the track...Saints won county cross country title in 2018...Member of Robotics Team and served as VP and President...National Honor Society and Foreign Language Honor Society.
