At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Senior season indoors saw him compete six times...Finished 5th at the Liberty League Indoor Championships in the long jump (6.71m) and was 13th in the shot put (12.88m)...Captured win in his first meet of the year, posting indoor PR of 6.76m in the long jump which led UR this season...Also, had shot put PR of 13.00 meters in 8th place result...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Participated in eight meets, including the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Regional Indoor Championships...Finished in 5th place in the long jump at the Liberty League meet, jumping an indoor personal-best 6.65 meters...Was 17th in the shot put at the LL Champs and ended in 21st in the AAR meet in the long jump...Personal best mark of 12.60 meters in the shot put at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 26, where he also ended 3rd in the long jump...Had five individual top-10 finishes during the season.
Outdoor: Appeared in eight meets overall, including the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships...Was 7th in the long jump at the Liberty League meet, also competing in the javelin (13th) and discus (17th)...Finished 23rd at regionals in the long jump...Had tremendous meet at the Rochester Spring Classic, setting personal bests in the long jump (6.85 meters, 1st place), shot put (11.85 meters) and discus (38.09 meters), placing top-3 in each event...Was Rochester's top performer this season in the long jump and discus...Long jump champion at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 14...Nine top-10 finishes during junior season outdoors...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team for the spring season.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Competed in four meets...Ended 6th in the heptathlon at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, also placing 7th in the long jump...Had UR's season-best marks in the long jump (6.42 meters) and the heptathlon (3,943 points), both of which happened at the LL Championships...Ended runner-up in the long jump at the Hamilton Continental Invitational on Jan. 19...Heptathlon score ranked 25th in the Atlantic Region.
Outdoor: Finished 7th in the decathlon (3,959 points) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, including event wins in the javelin and shot put within the multi-event competition...Runner-up at the Rochester Twilight Classic in the long jump, posting a distance of 6.53 meters which was a personal best for the sophomore and tops on UR this season...Liberty League All-Academic selection.
At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets indoors during freshman season...Finished the season tied for the team best mark in the long jump, earning a distance of 5.10 meters (20'0.25'') in a 13th place result at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 3...Placed 16th at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships in the long jump with a distance of 5.89 meters...Had a season best finish of 6th place in the long jump at the MIT Gordon Kelly Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets, including the NYSCTCÂ Outdoor Championships...Finished 9th at the state meet in the decathlon, compiling 4,620 points...Finished 3rd in the decathlon long jump event and was 5th in three other competitions (shot put, discus, 100 meters)...Placed 8th in the high jump at the Cortland Classic, clearing 1.70 meters (5'7'')...Was 10th in the long jump at the Nazareth ROC City Classic with a distance of 6.33 meters, a season best.
