At UR 2018-19: Indoor: The junior was one of the Yellowjackets top runners, ranking in the top-50 in Division III in three events, including the 400 meters (17th), 4x400 meter relay (15th) and distance medley relay (44th)...Participated in nine total meets, including in two events at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships...Placed 9th on 4x400 meter relay at NCAA's with a 3:19.57 team time, and individually was 18th in the 400 meters in 50.13 seconds...Was double-winner at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, capturing the title in the 400 meters (season-best 49.20 seconds) and on 4x400 meter relay, helping the Yellowjackets finish 4th overall in the team standings...USTFCCCA All-Region in the 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Named 1st Team All-Liberty League following conference title in the 400 meters at the indoor championship...All-League following runner-up in DMR (2nd Team) and 3rd place finish in 4x400 meter relay (Honorable Mention), while running to a 5th place finish individually in the 200 meters...Two-time Liberty League Track Performer of the Week, including after being a double-winner at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic on Dec. 8...16 overall top-8 results during the season.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Competed in seven meets indoors in first season with Rochester...Helped UR's Distance Medley Relay capture 5th place at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Was on winning 4x400 meter relay team at the RIT February Invitational when he also placed 5th in the 400 meters, leading to a Liberty League Rookie of the Week honor...Season-best time of 53.07 seconds in the 400 meters at the Cornell Deneault Invitational on Feb. 17.
Outdoor: Ran seven times...Was on UR's 3rd place 4x400 meter relay at the Liberty League Championships, earning him Honorable Mention All-Liberty League status...Additionally, the relay had the top time of 3:21.68 on the team this season and ranked 19th in the Atlantic Region...Added 15th place finish in the 400 meters at the conference meet...Solid at Delhi Bronco Track & Field Classic on Apr. 14, placing 2nd on the 4x400 meter relay and 3rd in the 400 meters...Ended season with season best mark of 50.53 seconds at the BW Harrison Dillard Twilight.
