At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League honors indoors for his performance on UR's distance medley relay at the conference meet, helping Rochester place 2nd in a time of 10:20.09 which ranked inside the top-50 in Division III...Individually finished 16th at the Liberty League meet in the 3000 meters and also qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the same event...Was 13th in the 3K at regionals in a time of 8:49.48...Ran a lifetime-best of 4:20.87 in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 8, finishing in 5th place...Event winner in the 3000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational in a season-best 8:48.65...Elected one of UR's team captains as a senior...Honored as one of UR's top senior student-athletes, earning Lysle 'Spike' Garnish Award.

Outdoor: Had another strong season on the track as a senior, running at five meets...Capped Yellowjacket career by winning All-Atlantic Regional title in the steeplechase, posting a time of 9:37.14, the top performance by a UR runner this season in that event...Was 7th in the steeplechase at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Ran on 4th place 4x400 meter relay at the Rochester Spring Classic...Was recognized for academic efforts by being a Liberty League All-Academic Team member and CoSIDA Academic All-District selection...Earned Google Cloud Academic All-American honors, being selected by CoSIDA to the 3rd Team....USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Was one of UR's top runners as a junior...Appeared in two events at both the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Was 4th at the LL meet in the mile and 15th in the 3000 meters...Ran on 7th place DMR team at the AAR meet which posted the team best time of 10:22.79, ranking 52nd in NCAA Division III and tops in the Liberty League...Individually, finished 8th in the mile at the regional meet, with a career-best time of 4:21.61...Opened season with runner-up finish in the mile at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...Team captain.

Outdoor: Runner-up in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, earning 2nd Team All-Conference honors...Also, was 18th in the 1500 meters...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional meet and ended 8th in the steeplechase...Career-best steeplechase time of 9:34.43 in runner-up result at the Lynchburg Jack Toms Invitational, one that had him 10th best in the region this season...Conference Track Performer of the Week on Mar. 26...Honored as Liberty League All-Academic team.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: The sophomore was one of UR's top distance runners...Competed six meets and earned two podium finishes at both the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Was 4th on UR's distance medley relay at states and 6th in the 3000 meters...Finished 8th and 5th in the same events at ECAC's...Had top-times on UR this season in the 3000 meters (8:44.13), 5000 meters (15:38.64) and DMR (10:32.28)...Was the 5k winner at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational on Jan. 28...2nd place in the 1000 meters at the Utica Pioneer Invitational.

Outdoor: Appeared in only one meet, participating in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the William & Mary Colonial Relays...Finished 29th in 9:38.36, ranking as the fastest time by a UR runner this season and ended the year ranked inside the top-100 in NCAA Division III.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed five times during freshman season indoors...Qualified and finished 7th at the NYSCTC Championships in the 3000m...Was 3rd in the 3k at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational and 5th at the Highlander Invitational in the same event...Posted season best time of 8:48.59 at the Fastrack National Invite in the 3000m.

Outdoor: Was UR's top steeplechase runner during the outdoor season...Competed in six meets, including the ECAC and NYSCTC Championships...Placed 12th at the state meet and 13th at ECAC's...Season best steeplechase time of 9:36.49 from the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic was the top time by a UR runner this eason...Finished 5th in the 5000m at the Rochester Spring Invite.

HS: Lexington HS graduate...Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field for the Minutemen...Named co-captain of all three teams his senior season...Was League All-Star in XC his sophomore to senior seasons, All-Star in both track and field teams for two seasons...Helped team to three straight cross-country league titles and indoor track team to 2015 Eastern Mass. D1 Championship...Member of the National Honor Society.
