At UR 2012: Competed in six events for the Yellowjackets during his senior season...Placed 26th at the Oswego State Invitational and then earnred 29th in a tough field at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational where he ran in a seasons best time of 26:36.9...Member of the UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2011: Junior season saw him run in five events, earning three top-50 finishes...Season best result was a 41st place at the UB Stampede Invitational on Sept. 17.

HS: Hamburg HS graduate...Ran cross country and track and field for the Bulldogs...Captained the cross country squad as a senior.
