At UR 2018-19: Indoor: The senior appeared in four meets, primarily running distance events for Rochester...Finished in 11th place in the 5000 meters at the RIT February Invitational, earning a season-best result...13th place in the 5k at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational on Feb. 3 and was 14th in the mile at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 26.

Outdoor: Closed career by running five times during the spring...Capped season with a career-best run in the 10000 meters at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, crossing the finish in 5th place with a time of 32:36.80...Was 3rd in the 10k at the UR Alumni Invitational and placed 10th at the Liberty League Championships...Also, was 10th in the 5000 meters at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...Liberty League All-Academic.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Finished 13th at the Liberty League Indoor Championships in the 5000 meters, posting a collegiate-best time of 15:53.17...Was runner-up in the 5k at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 2...Placed 7th in opening meet of junior season in the 3000 at the Hamilton Continental Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran five times...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships and placed 17th in the 10000 meters with a time of 34:23.98...Runner-up in the 10k at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20...All-Academic selection for the spring season named by the Liberty League.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: The sophomore ran in three meets...Was 9th in the 3000 meters at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational, clocking in at 9:41.81...Was 10th in the 5000 meters at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational at SPIRE on Jan. 21.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 10000 meters, finishing in 16th place...Was 3rd at the Nazareth ROC City Classic in the 10k, posting a time of 33:58.52, the third best by a UR runner this season...Finished 14th in the 5k at the Cortland Classic.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Ran in four meets during indoor season...Finished in a season best 21st place in the mile (4:45.26) at the Brockport...Was 12th on 4x400m relay at the Highlander Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed three times in the spring...Was 13th in the 1500m at the Nazareth ROC City Classic, posting a season best time of 4:18.71...Finished 17th in the 1500m at the Rochester Spring Invite.

HS: Attended Wilbraham and Monson Academy where he earned varsity letters in cross country (4x), outdoor track (4x), indoor track (3x) and swimming (1x)...Was team captain in XC and both track and field squads his junior and senior years...Named team MVP of cross country and outdoor track as a junior, also earning indoor track coaches award...Earned coaches award as a senior in XC and indoor track...Was honored with Trustee Award for leadership, academic and athletic achievement...Also, earned Markell and Monson Class of 1898 Award and Owen David Dow Memorial Award.
