At UR 2020: Elected Phi Beta Kappa, being one of the top senior students at the University...Named to UAA All-Academic team for the second straight season.

At UR 2019: Had an excellent junior season in which she finished as Rochester's top runner at the NCAA Division III Championships, crossing the finish in 83rd place and a personal-best 6k time of 22:45.3, helping Rochester claim 18th place as a team...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region accolades after finishing 30th at the Atlantic Regional Championships...Had five top-30 results on the year and was third on Rochester with an average finish of 38.0 on the season...Defeated 85% of opposing runners and compiled a W/L mark of 1460-259...Finished 10th at the SLU Ronald Hoffman Invitational on Oct. 12 and was 25th at the UAA Championships...Member of the UAA All-Academic squad for the fall semester...Member of USTFCCCA All-Academic team for the second year in a row.

At UR 2018: The sophomore was in UR's top-7 runners in all six meets...Earned an average finish of 75.17 and defeated over 70% of runners in 2018...Posted season-best time of 23:04.5 in 172nd place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships, helping the Yellowjackets end 21st as a team...Ranked 48th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional and 36th at the UAA Championships...Finished 15th at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, helping Rochester end as the event runner-up...Selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

At UR 2017: Participated in five races during her first year...Finished 17th in the open 5k at the Williams Purple Valley Classic... Placed in the top-60 at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational...Had an average finish of 37.8, good enough for third on the team...Defeated 75 percent of her opponents on the year.

HS: Attended The Awty International School where she was a member of the cross country and track and field teams...Also, participated in Judo, earning an orange belt.
