The winning streak has reached five matches for the men's tennis team after Sunday's 7-0 victory over RIT.
Four of the wins have come in the last four calendar days - Nazareth on Thursday (7-0), Hobart on the road Friday (4-3), Division I Niagara on Saturday (6-1), and RIT on Sunday (7-0). Rochester improved to 5-4 in the spring.
Partha Bhattacharya defeated Chris Leahy at #3 singles, 6-0, 6-0, and teammed with Avinash Reddy to win 8-5 over Leahy and Rod Razavi at #2 doubles.
Dan Williford won, 6-4, 6-2, at #1 singles over David Chachu. Reddy defeated Darren Stanley, 6-1, 6-1 at #2 singles. Colin Ryan topped Frank Salomen 6-2, 6-0 at #4, Brian Shenker defeated John New, 6-0, 6-2 at #5, and Mike Lee defeated Razavi, 6-4, 6-1, at #6.
In doubles, Williford and Ryan were 8-4 winners over Chachu and Stanley. Shenker and Eric Prince defeated Salome and Jordan Bell, 8-0, at #3.
