The University of Rochester men's swimming and diving went 3-3 in weekly awards from the Liberty League.  Those honored include James Frauen, Daniel Kim, and Alden Brewer.

James Frauen was honored with Swimmer of the Week. The junior from Pittsburgh, PA (Upper St. Clair) competed in a three-team meet in Cleveland as part of a larger eight-team event in Atlanta (split due to travel woes). He broke four school records and hit two NCAA provisional times. He hit the B marks in the 100 backstroke (:51.38) and the 200 backstroke (1:50.29), both UR records. He swam on the 800 free relay (6:53.26, UR record) and 400 free relay (3:05.86, UR record that stood since 1987). Frauen swam on the 400 medley relay (3:26.05) which posted the second fastest time in school history.

Daniel Kim, a freshman from Seoul, South Korea (Baylor School), was named Diver of the Week by the Liberty League. In an eight-team invitational in Atlanta that featured five ranked teams, Kim finished seventh (of seven) on the one meter board and three meter board. He had a 275.40 on the three meter, a 309.20 on the one meter.

The Liberty League honored Alden Brewer with Rookie of the Week. The freshman from Geneva, NY (Geneva) played a role in breaking a 27-year-old relay record over the weekend. He swam in a three-team invitational, part of an eight-team invite split into two sections due to weather difficulties. Brewer swam the anchor leg of the 400 free relay (3:05.86) which broke a Rochester record that stood since 1987.
