The University of Rochester earned three weekly honors from the Liberty League on Monday, coming in the sports of field hockey and women's rowing.

Senior Amanda Strenk of the Yellowjackets field hockey team was tabbed the conference Offensive Performer of the Week, while the rowing team swept the conference awards in that sport, taking home Boat of the Week and Novice Boat of the Week honors following their first racing of the season.

Strenk recorded five goals in two games during a 2-0 week for the Rochester field hockey team. The senior co-captain recorded her third hat trick of the season on Tuesday in a 4-1 win at SUNY Brockport. Strenk followed up that performance with a two-goal game in Rochester's 4-3 overtime win against Union on Saturday. Strenk had the game-winning overtime goal, tallying her second of the game in the final minute of the first extra session. Overall, across the two games, she had 19 total shots, 12 of which were on target during the week.

She leads the conference with 17 goals and 34 points on the season, while also ranking 6th in NCAA Division III in goals per game (1.42) and 12th in points per game (2.83).

In the water, the Yellowjackets Varsity 8 boat captured the 1V race at the Head of the Genesee Regatta on Saturday, defeating conference rival RIT in the two-boat race. UR's time of 17:54.11 was over seven seconds clear of the Tigers. The rowers included Caroline Murphy, Elizabeth Martin, Riesa Cassano, Hannah Zerman, Angela Browning, Hope Havenhill, Madeleine LaChance, Taylor Brown and Jordan Winter.

Meanwhile, Rochester's Novice 8+ boat was dominant in the first race of the season for UR, placing first among four teams in a time of 19:52.41. That time was over a minute and a half ahead of the runner-up team, with all of UR's rowers competing in their first collegiate competition. The novice boat consisted of rowers Grace Snyder, Alex Diamantis, Hailey Perraut, Rose Jokiel, Browning, Sarah Kelley, Caroline Murnane, Margaret Donovan and Anushka Aritharan.
