The University of Rochester field hockey team continued its excellence on the field last season, but also did terrific work in the classroom as 20 total student-athletes were named to the annual NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad.

The National Academic Squad honors individuals who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.30 or higher through the first semester of the current academic year.

Across NCAA Division III, over 2,300 individuals from 161 institutions were named for the 2021 season.

Division III also has NFHCA Scholars of Distinction, the NFHCA National Academic Team Award and the National Scholar-Athlete Award to be released later this month.
