COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – University of Rochester field hockey seniors Karina Bridger and Elisabeth Sidorski were named to the 2022 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Collegiate Watch List, as announced by the NFCA on Thursday.
 
Sidorski leads the Yellowjackets in minutes played, having started and played every minute of every game so far on defense for UR. In 367 minutes, the senior's notched two defensive saves, helping Rochester to two shutouts over their first six games.
 
Bridger has been one of the Yellowjackets' top offensive players, with three goals and a team-high eight assists on 18 shots over six starts and 308 total minutes.
 
The NFCHA's watch list is intended to represent those collegiate student-athletes with the strongest potential for consideration for the 2022 NFHCA All-Region and All-American teams. A total of 254 collegiate student-athletes across all three divisions were nominated to this year's list.
 
UR next travels to New Paltz, NY for a non-conference matchup against SUNY New Platz on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 12 p.m.
