LEWISBURG, PA – University of Rochester men's track & field saw a pair of school records fall on the final day of the Bison Outdoor Classic, hosted by Bucknell University, at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium.

Sean Hendricks scored UR's first record-breaking performance of the day, breaking Scott Sikorski's 800-meter record set just last year. The junior earned an eighth-overall finish, second among Division III competitors with his 1:50.27 time, a new school record, a regional qualifier and the eighth-fastest 800 meters in NCAA Division III this season.

Joining Hendricks in the 800-meter field, Daniel Ford added a second regional qualifying time to UR's tally with his 1:56.78 time and 116th-place finish in the invitational field of 158.

Rochester's second, new school record came later in the triple jump, where Cole Goodman landed the top mark in Division III on his first leap. Goodman's leap of 15.46m broke his own school record set last year and currently sits as the longest triple jump in Division III this season, as well as top 25 in NCAA Division III history.

The junior beat out a field of 43 competitors, netting an All-Atlantic Regional (AARTFC) qualifier mark in the process. Sam Lorenzetti also competed in the triple jump for UR, netting another regional qualifier with his 13.58m jump, good for 23rd in the field.

The Yellowjackets' 4x100 relay team of Evan Bryant, Mitch Lienert, P.J. London and Manny Eribo got UR's day started at the Bison Outdoor Classic, finishing 10th and third among DIII teams with a time of 42.39s, qualifying for the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships this May.

Bryant and Max Creamer later ran the 400 meters, with Bryant finishing 69th with a time of 50.74, while Creamer crossed the finish line in 51.38s, good for 81st.

In the 100 meters, Eribo clocked in with a new personal-best time of 11.18 seconds, good for 76th in the 114-person field, while Lienert and London both ran the 200 meters to round out UR's day.

Lienert came in 64th in the 123-person field with a time of 22.76, while London clocked in at 22.86, good for 76th.

Including the two school records broken by Megan Bell and Sennett Turner on the women's side, the Yellowjackets broke four records in two days at Bucknell, both 800-meter records, the men's triple jump record and the women's 10,000-meter record.

Rochester will next compete at the SUNY Geneseo Quad Meet on Saturday, April 20 at 10:00 am in Geneseo, NY.
