ITHACA, NY – Backed by three individual titles and 12 podium finishes, the University of Rochester women's track and field team secured a runner-up team finish at the 2025 Liberty League Indoor Track and Field Championships at Ithaca College's Glazer Arena on Saturday afternoon.
Rochester piled up 140 team points over the two-day meet, finishing second among seven schools to host Ithaca College who won the title with 209 points. RPI was third and finished as the only other school with more than 100 points, scoring 102. Vassar, RIT, Union and St. Lawrence rounded out the field.

Bell's win in the 800 meters was with a time of 2:09.55, which set a new facility and meet record and would rank number one in Division III this season, if not for her own school record time set earlier this year.

Nora Chen and
Raquella Casserino finished in 3:51.58, another facility and meet record. The quartet smashed the previous Liberty League meet record by over seven full seconds. The group now ranks #3 on the Division III performance list heading into the last week of competition before nationals.

Deziree Garrick in the weight throw. Garrick had the two longest throws of the competition, qualifying for finals with a 15.63 meter toss on her opening throw before bettering that distance in round four, finishing at 16.00 meters.
