Seven Yellowjackets from the University of Rochester men's tennis team earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athlete honors, and the entire team received ITA All-Academic Team recognition for the 2025-26 academic year, as announced by the ITA on Wednesday.
To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, student-athletes must have a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.00 scale for the current academic year. To garner ITA All-Academic Team recognition, programs must have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above on a 4.00 scale.
As a team, the men's tennis program garnered ITA All-Academic team honors for the 13th-straight year under Head Coach

Ethan Samora, sophomore
Alan Wang and first-year
Aiden Swartz were all named ITA Scholar-Athletes.
Rajamani and Shuka both earned recognition for the fourth-straight year, while Samora becomes a three-time ITA Scholar-Athlete honoree, and Wang received accolades for the second-consecutive season.
Overall, 1,151 NCAA Division III men's student-athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes in 2026, and 147 men's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
