At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in three meets during indoor season...Had best results at the season opening RIT Early Season Invitational when he placed 1st on 4x800m relay...Also at RIT, ran 4th in the mile in a personal best time of 4:37.21.
Outdoor: Overall, competed five times for UR...Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships and placed 22nd in the 800m in a season best time of 2:01.26.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Sophomore ran in seven meets, earning three top-10 finishes as an individual...Competed at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships where he placed 11th in the 800m in a time of 2:01.75...Season best time of 2:00.50 in the 800m at the Golden Eagle Invitational.
Outdoor: Ran in four meets during the spring outdoor season.
At UR 2012-13: Indoor: As a freshman, competed in two winter meets...Earned a season best finish of 9th place in the 1000m at the Brockport Invitational on Feb. 2.
Outdoor: Ran in five meets...Was on the 4th place 4x400m relay team at the Rochester Spring Invitational, running in a time of 3:37.90.
HS: Attended Jamestown HS where he lettered in cross country and both indoor and outdoor track and field...Captained all three teams his senior year...Named 2012 Chautauqua County All-Star in 2012 for outdoor track and field...Holds school record as a part of 4x200m and 4x400m relays...Section VI runner-up in the 4x400m two years in a row during indoor track...USATF Youth Nationals competitor in 2011 in the 400m and 800m...Member of the National Honor Society.
