At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Appeared in four meets during the indoor season as a senior...Was 8th in the 5000 meters at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational at SPIRE and matched that result in the 3000 meters a week later at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational...Had an indoor PR of 16:28.86 in the 5000 meters at the Utica Pioneer Invitational on Feb. 18.

Outdoor: Competed six times...Was 18th in the 10000 meters at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, posting a time of 34:34.15...Ended 5th in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet...6th in the 10k at the Nazareth ROC City Classic...Had a 5000 meter career best at the Cortland Classic, finishing 13th in 16:14.35.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Ran in four meets during winter of his junior season...Finished 10th in the 3000m at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 30, posting a career best time of 9:28.51...Was 13th at the Golden Eagle Invite on Feb. 20.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 10000m, finishing 14th in a time of 33:49.02...Was 8th in the 10k at the Rochester Spring Invite posting a personal best time of 33:39.73.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: The sophomore competed in five events...Posted season best result of 6th place in the 3000m at the RIT Early Season Invitational on Dec. 11.

Outdoor: Ran in five meets...Earned 4th place finish at the UR Alumni Invitational in the 10000m, qualifying for the NYSCTC meet in the process...Finished in 13th at states in 34:41.99.

At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Competed in six meets indoors as a freshman...Posted a season best finish of 7th place in his first college meet, the RIT Early Season Invitational, running the 3000m.

Outdoor: Ran in four meets during outdoor season, competing in distance events...Finished 9th in the 5000m at the SUNY G Open on Apr. 18.

HS: Graduated from New Trier HS where he earned two varsity letters in both cross country and track and field...Earned the Ben Almagauer Most Dedicated Athlete award as a senior...Earned two All-Conference honors both cross country and track and field...Was 2011 conference champion in outdoor 4x800m relay...Holds HS field house record in the mile (4:42.50).
