At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Ended UR career with another strong season, running on UR's top 4x400 meter relay which qualified for the NCAA Championships and set a new school record of 3:16.52...Named USTFCCCA All-American in the 4x400 meter relay...Was 1st Team All-Liberty League on the relay and earned All-Region accolades as well...Relay time ranked 8th in Division III...Four overall relay wins and added a runner-up finish at the All-Atlantic Regional meet...Also, finished 5th in the triple jump at Liberty League's, posting a career-best mark of 13.57 meters, the top UR distance this season...Three-time scorer at the conference meet, also ending 7th in the 400 meters...Finished in the top-10 in all but one event during the season, appearing 15 times overall...Academically, was named to the USTFCCCA and Liberty League All-Academic teams.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets during indoor season...Was one of five Yellowjackets to run at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, appearing on UR's 9th place 4x400 meter relay team which finished in 3:19.57...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 4x400 meter relay, as UR's top time this season was 15th fastest in Division III...Helped UR finish in 4th place as a team at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, running on the team champion 4x400 meter relay, also earning Honorable Mention All-Liberty League accolades in the same event for UR's 3rd place finish...Individually, placed 5th at the conference meet in the triple jump with a season-best mark of 13.19 meters...Posted two top-5 results at the Houghton Highlander Invitational, running 4th on 4x200 meter relay and 5th in the 400 meters.
Outdoor: Part of Rochester record breaking 4x400 meter relay at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships which finished 4th in 3:16.90, ranking in the top-35 of NCAA Division III this season...Appeared in five meets overall during the spring and scored for the Yellowjackets in the triple jump at the Liberty League Championships, jumping 13.16 meters (7th), a UR team best this season...Also, ran the 400 meters at the Liberty League meet and ended 12th...Triple jump champion at the Rochester Spring Classic when he also crossed the finish 3rd in the 400 meters...Nine overall top-8 finishes as a junior outdoors...One of seven individuals to earn USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: The sophomore had another strong showing with the Yellowjackets in his second year...Participated in seven events across the two championship meets during the season...Was top-8 in both the 4x200 meters and on the DMR at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Both teams had UR season-best times at the event and the DMR squad ended the season ranked 52nd in NCAA Division III and 1st in the Liberty League with a time of 10:22.79...At the Liberty League Indoor Championships, finished 4th on the 4x400 meter relay, 6th in the 400 meters and 8th in the triple jump, also participating in the 200 meters (13th) and long jump (17th)...Top 400 meter time on Rochester, running a 51.58 this season, also leading the 'Jackets with a triple jump mark of 13.32 meters...Had three top-4 finishes at the Hamilton Continental Invitational.
Outdoor: Again was one of UR's top point scorers at the Liberty League Championships, scoring in two events...Finished 3rd on the 4x400 meter relay which earned him Honorable Mention All-League accolades, while also placing 5th in the triple jump...Added 14th place result in the 400 meters and 19th place finish in the 200 meters at the conference meet...Had three event wins on the year, including two coming at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20...Led UR in four event's this season, posting top marks on the team in the 200 meters (23.09 seconds), 400 meters (50.27 seconds), triple jump (13.41 meters) and 4x400 meter relay (3:21.68).
At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets during indoor season of freshman year...Was on UR's 4x400 meter relay which was runner-up at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships, clocking in at 3:22.44, ranking #37 in NCAA Division III this season...Also, finished 10th in the 4x200 meter relay at ECAC's...Was NYSCTC Indoor champion on 4x400 meter relay, also finishing 9th in the triple jump and 10th in the 400 meters...Had UR's top marks in both the long jump (6.10 meters) and triple jump (12.87 meters) this season, finishing with the third best time in the 400 meters (51.12 seconds) on the team as well.
Outdoor: Ran in seven meets during the spring...Was 5th in the triple jump and on the 4x400 meter relay at the NYSCTCÂ Outdoor Championships, also placing 20th in the 400 meters...Had UR's top long jump and triple jump performances again during the outdoor season, earning marks of 6.42 meters and 13.23 meters respectively...4x400 meter relay team finished the Oneonta Final Qualifier in 3:17.56 and was ranked #56 in NCAA Division III this season...Was on winning 4x400 meter relay at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite, also placing 3rd in the 400 meters in that same meet, crossing the finish in 50.71 seconds, a season best time.
HS:Â Southern HS graduate who lettered in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field for the Bulldogs...Named captain of XC team as a junior and both track and field teams as a senior...Career best in the long jump of 18'11.25'' and 41'7'' in the triple jump.
