At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Had additional eligibility and competed in five competitions...Had best individual finish of 5th place come in the 500 meters at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...Career-best time of 4:35.20 in the mile at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 27, also running on 4th place DMR.

Outdoor: Ran five times, with his best individual finish coming at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20  where he finished 8th in the 800 meters...5th place finish in the 4x400 meter at the Delhi Bronco Track & Field Classic.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: The senior appeared in five meets...Was 6th in the 800 meters at the Houghton December Classic, clocking in at 2:04.90, a season best time...Was top-6 in two events at the Utica Pioneer Invitational, coming in the 1000 meters and on UR's 4x400 meter relay.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters where he placed 23rd in a time of 4:22.59...Season best time of 4:10.28 in the 1500 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic, ending as the 5th fastest by a UR runner this season...Was 7th in the same event at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite on Apr. 14.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in one meet during the indoor season in his first on the Yellowjacket squad...Finished 6th in the mile at the RIT Early Season Invitational, posting a time of 4:48.23.

Outdoor: Ran at four meets during outdoor season and finished 14th in the 800 meters at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invite...Season best time in the 800 meters (2:09.58) at the Rochester Spring Invitational...4:22.52 in the 1500 meters at the SJFC Cardinal Classic was a season best time.

HS: Attended Clyde Savannah HS where he lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field and basketball for the Golden Eagles...Was captain of all four teams during his career...Named team MVP in cross country and indoor track as a senior...2013 All-Greater Rochester honorable mention for outdoor track when he also was a Wayne/Finger Lakes All-League member in the 800m and 1600m...Class Salutatorian.
