Outdoor: Made eight appearances as a senior...Ran on UR's 4x100 meter relay which finished 3rd at the AARTFC Championships in a time of 43.54 seconds...Ran career-best times in both the 200 meters (23.32, 9th) and 100 meters (11.53, 13th) at the Redhawk Capstone Meet on May 14...Scored for UR in two events at the Liberty League West Championships in the 4x100 meters (3rd, HM All-Liberty League) and the 200 meters (8th)...Had 14 overall top-8 results on the season, including one win on the 4x100 meter relay at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3...Elected team captain.

At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Ran in seven meets...Posted new personal best in the 200 meters at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational, clocking in 23.44 seconds...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships and finished 18th in 23.97 seconds in the 200 meters...Ran in the top-8 in two events (60m, 200m) at the RIT February Invitational.

At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Appeared six times for Rochester during sophomore season...Accumulated three top-10 performances in sprint events during the year...Ran season best 24.00 seconds in the 200 meters in a 9th place result at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic...Clocked at 7.42 seconds in the 60 meters at the Highlander Invitational (13th), also finishing 9th in the 200 meters and on 4th place 4x200 meter relay team at Houghton.

Outdoor: Six meet appearances...Qualified for the Liberty League Outdoor Championships and competed in three events...Ran on UR's 4th place 4x100 meter relay which posted a season-best time of 43.78 seconds...Individually, finished 12th in the 100 meters (11.42 seconds) and 17th in the 200 meters (23.34 seconds), with both times season best performances...Seven total top-10 performances...Was top-6 in both the 100 meters and 200 meters at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 14...Member of Liberty League All-Academic team for the spring.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Competed in five meets...Was on UR's 1st place 4x200 meter relay squad at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championships and placed 15th in the 60 meters with a time of 7.47 seconds...Finished 12th for best individual finish at the Hamilton meet on Jan. 19, running a season-best 24.56 seconds in the 200 meters.

Outdoor: Part of UR's top 4x100 meter relay team in the spring that placed 4th at the Liberty League Championships in a time of 43.62 seconds, ranking 19th in the Atlantic Region...Season best time of 11.73 seconds in the 100 meters, coming at the SJFC Cardinal Classic...Part of winning 4x100 meter relay at the Rochester Twilight Classic.

HS: Attended Lincoln HS where he was a sprinter on the track and field team for the Lancers...Named team captain and MVP as a senior...Also, earned All-League honors in 2017 season...Was a member of the student council, lead clarinetist, and member of the chess club.
