At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Competed as a grad student and appeared in four meets indoors...Was 5th in the 5000 meters at the RIT February Invitational...Ran 11th in the 3000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.
Outdoor: Had season-best result of 12th place come in the 1500 meters at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20...Was 16th in the 5k on two other occasions, including at the SJFC Cardinal Classic on Apr. 28...Named Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2016-17: Indoor: The senior appeared in four meets for the Yellowjackets...Was 7th in the 5000 meters at the RIT February Invitational...Placed 15th in the mile at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational.
Outdoor: Ran four times...Was 11th in the 5000 meters at the Nazareth ROC City Classic in a season best time of 16:13.90...Finished 15th in the 5k at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic.
At UR 2015-16:Â
Indoor:Â Competed at four meets as a junior...Finished in 7th place in the 3000m at the Golden Eagle Invite on Feb. 20 when he also posted his season top time of 9:18.90.
Outdoor:Â Was a qualifier in the 5000m for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, finishing in 20th place...Had season best result in the 5k at the Rochester Spring Invite, finishing 9th in 15:58.24...Also, was on 4x400m relay which ended 9th at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invitational on Mar. 30.
HS:Â Graduated from Nottingham HS where he earned letters in cross country along with indoor and outdoor track and field for the Bulldogs...Named cross country co-captain his junior and senior seasons when he also earned MVP honors...Was XC Most Improved as a sophomore...Personal best of 4:46 in the mile and 17:03 in the 5000m...Was co-president of Nottingham National Honor Society.
