At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Returned to the team as a senior and had a great season, participating in the Liberty League Indoor Championships and the All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Was on 7th place 4x200 meter relay team which ran a team season-best time of 1:32.71 at the AAR meet...Finished 60 meter hurdles in 9.21 seconds at the LL meet, ranking 12th...Career-best 9.15 second run in the 60 meter hurdles at the NYU DIII Invitational, helping the Yellowjackets place 4th in the team standings...Part of 4x200 meter relay which took 1st at the Hamilton Continental Invitational on Jan. 19.
Outdoor: A top hurdler for UR outdoors, posting team-best times in both the 110 and 400 meter hurdle events...Was 400 hurdles runner-up at the Liberty League Championships in 56.08 seconds, earning 2nd Team All-League honors...Posted career-best 55.44 mark in the preliminaries...Also, ended on 4th place 4x100 meter relay team and was 11th in the 110 meter hurdles which was in a career-best 16.59 second time...Was winner on 4x100 meter relay and ended 3rd in the 110 hurdles at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20...Ranked top-100 in NCAA Division II, 17th in the Atlantic Region and 2nd in the Liberty League in the 400 hurdles...All-Academic selection by the Liberty League.

Indoor:Â The sophomore earned two spots at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, finishing 12th in the 500m and 18th in the 60m hurdles...Finished in 6th place at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, his highest individual finish on the year...Was 3rd on the 4x400m relay at the RIT Early Season Invitational.
Outdoor:Â Ran in seven meets...Finished in 13th place at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships posting a time of 58.76 in the 400m hurdles...Posted one win, two runner-up finishes and a 3rd place result during the spring...Win came in front of home crowd at the Rochester Spring Invite on Apr. 23, posting a season best 400m hurdle time of 56.63 seconds.
At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in six meets during indoor season of freshman year...Qualified for two events at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, the 500m and 60m hurdles where he placed 16th and 17th respectively...Started career off strong, earning two top-5 finishes at the RIT Early Season Invitational, his first career meet...Had five total top-8 finishes.
Outdoor: Scored a 4th place finish at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles, posting a time of :56.74, a season best for the freshman...Earned seven other top-8 finishes on the year, including a 3rd (4x400m) and 4th (400m hurdles) at the SJFC Cardinal Classic on Apr. 25.
HS: Indoor and outdoor track and field letterwinner at Bethlehem Central HS...Also, played soccer for the Eagles...Named soccer team captain as a junior when he was named the teams Best Offensive Player...Was sectional champion in the 55 meter hurdles...Was on 21st place team in the 4x200m relay at the Emerging Elite Nationals Meet.
Personal: Sister, Connie '15, was a member of the Rochester women's track and field team for four years.
