At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Enjoyed an excellent freshman year, competing in five meets, including the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Finished 7th at ECAC's in the 5000m in 15:03.64, the best 5k indoor time by a UR runner this season...Also, wound up 6th at the NYSCTC meet and earned two other 5th place finishes in distance races at his first two collegiate meets.

Outdoor: Kept strong first year going, earning podium spots at the ECAC and NYSCTC Outdoor meets in the 5000m for the second time...Finished 7th at ECAC's in 14:49.95, again a UR season best time and placed 4th at the NYSCTC meet...Was 3rd in the 1500m at the Rochester Spring Invite and 5th in that event at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic.

HS: Earned multiple letters running cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field for Nashoba Regional HS...Named team captain of XC team as a senior...Was a 3-time cross country Midland-Wachusett league All-Star...Named to Freshman All-State team...Personal best time of 16:25 in 5k XC and 4:28 in the mile.
