At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Appeared in one meet during junior season...Finished 4th in the 3000 meters at the Houghton December Classic in a time of 9:29.19.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Joined team as a sophomore and competed in four meets...Season best finish of 15th in the 3000m at the Golden Eagle Invite on Feb. 20...Posted best time of the year in the 3000m at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational, running a 9:25.16.

Outdoor: Ran four times...Finished 14th at the Rochester Spring Invitational in the 5000m.

HS: Graduated from Webster Schroeder HS where he was a member of the cross country, outdoor track and field and nordic ski teams...Ran five years of XC and was team captain his senior season...Was a National Merit and AP Scholar.
