At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Was in top form during senior season indoors, recording career best times in all three of his events, the 800m (1:55.06), 1000m (2:29.74) and mile (4:26.18)...Was a double-winner at the NYSCTC Championships, finishing 1st in the 1000m and also being on the victorious distance medley relay...Finished 13th in the 800m at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Ran on DMR which posted a UR season best time of 10:06.01 at the Tufts Final Qualifier and ended the season ranked #20 in NCAA Division III, earning him All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA...Nine total top-8 finishes during the season.
Outdoor: Placed inside the top-8 in eight of nine races during outdoor season...Was on 1st place 4x800m relay team at the ECAC Championships, running a time of 7:44.34, the best by a UR squad this season...4x800m relay also won title at the NYSCTC Championships...Was on 1st place 4x400m relay and ended 2nd individually in the 1500m at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invite on Mar. 30, kicking off the outdoor season...Competed on UR's DMR entry at the Penn Relays in April.
At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in four meets...Recorded a 3rd place finish in the 1000m at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational on Jan. 31...Matched that result in the 4x400m at the Ithaca Invite the following week...Placed 5th in the 800m at the Brockport Golden Eagle Run.
Outdoor: Was a key middle distance runner for UR, running in eight meets...Was a member of the 4x800m relay which posted a UR season best time of 7:44.09 in a 3rd place finish at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...Was a state champion at the NYSCTC meet on the 4x800m while just missing the podium with a 9th place finish in the 800m...Posted a PR in the 800m at the UAlbany Last Chance Meet, running 13th in a 1:56.85.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor season...Posted 10th place finish at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, running in 2:00.98, his 2nd quickest time during the year...Finished in the top-10 on three other occasions with a best result of 7th coming at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invite on Jan. 31.
Outdoor: Earned five top-10 results across four meets during the spring season...Placed 9th at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 1500m when he ran a personal best time of 4:03.06...Was on 2nd place 4x800m relay at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 6.
At UR 2012-13: Indoor: The freshman scored in all five events he entered in during Championship meets in the winter season...Placed on 5th place 4x800m relay and was 7th in the 1000m at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Was 2nd in the 1000m at the NYSCTC Championships while also being on the 4th place 4x800m relay and 5th place 4000m distance medley relay...Was a double winner at the Hamilton Continental Invitational, winning the 1000m in 2:34.70 and as a member of the 4x800m relay...Season best time in the 1000m was 2:31.98...Season best time in the mile was fastest by a UR runner during the indoor season.
Outdoor: Competed in seven meets during the spring...Was on 1st place 4x800m relay at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 6...That relay also finished 3rd at the NYSCTC Championships and 9th at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...Posted a season best time of 4:06.03 in the 1500m en route to a 9th place result at the Cortland Classic.
HS: Three sport athlete (soccer, cross country, track and field) for Greece Athena HS...Named XC and track team captain his senior year...Earned cross country MVP honors in 2011...Two time All-County selection in cross country and three time selection on the track...Has a personal best of 1:59 in the 800m.
