At UR 2015: The senior competed in three races...Had season best finish and 8k time at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 19, when he finished in 36th place in 27:16.9.

At UR 2014: Again was strong at the season opening Oswego State Invitational, finishing in 13th place in a time of 25:41.6, helping UR to the team title...Overall, ran in four events, finishing in the top-50 twice.

At UR 2013: Started off sophomore campaign right, finishing in 11th place (top UR finisher) at the Oswego Invitational on Sep. 7, helping UR to a 3rd place finish, running in a season best time of 26:29.4...Turned in 31st place run at the Yellowjacket Invitational the following week...Ran in total of four events.

At UR 2012: The freshman made an impact in his first year, running to a 3rd place finish at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational on Sept. 29...Ran that race in a time of 26:11, his seasons best time...Placed 20th at the Oswego State Invite and ran to 50th place at the NYSCTC Championships...Competed in five total races.

HS: Attended Harrison HS where he was a member of the cross country and track teams for the Huskies...Named team captain in all three seasons (XC, indoor, outdoor) and was a two-time All-Westchester County selection in cross country.
