At UR 2014: Competed in one event his junior season, placing 57th at the Oswego Invitational...Named UAA All-Academic.

At UR 2013: Only ran in one race during sophomore campaign, finishing 36th in a time of 27.29.0 at the Oswego State Invitational, helping Rochester take 3rd place...UAA All-Academic team selection.

At UR 2012: Competed in four races during freshman year, including earning two top-40s...Ran to a 25th place finish at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invite where he posted a seasons best time of 27:19.

HS: Three sport athlete (soccer, cross country, track and field) for Greece Athena HS...Named XC and track team captain his senior year...Earned cross country MVP honors in 2011...Two time All-County selection in cross country and three time selection on the track...Has a personal best of 1:59 in the 800m.
