At UR 2014: Junior posted a season best result of 28th place in the open race at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Oct. 18...Season best time of 27:04.9 in a 44th place finish at the Oswego State Invitational to open the season...Named to UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2013: Sophomore ran in five events...Recorded four finishes in the top-55, earning a season best result and time of 29th (27:19.4) at the Oswego State Invitational on Sep. 7...Placed 54th (4th on UR) at the NYSCTC Championships on Oct. 26...Named to UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2012: The freshman ran in four races on the year, earning a seaons best result of 20th place at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...Ran a season best 26:55 in that race.

HS: Attended Shaker Heights HS where he ran cross country, track and played soccer for the Raiders...Track team captain and MVP his senior year...2012 All-League selection in track, 2011 All-League choice in XC...Personal best of 4:32 in the 1600m, 2:05 in the 800m.
