At UR 2016: One of the team leaders for the third straight season, finishing among UR's top-5 runners in all five meets he competed in...Was voted team captain...Completed career with fantastic race at the UAA Championships on Oct. 29, earning 1st Team honors after a 6th place result...Was 9th at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational helping UR to a 2nd place finish and ended as the top Rochester runner at the Rowan University Border Battle...Earned numerous academic accolades, being named to the UAA All-Academic team, a UR Garnish Scholar and was the Rochester Athletic Department's Peter DiPasquale Male Scholar Athlete Award winner...Also, earned Academic All-District honors from CoSIDA.

At UR 2015: Was a top-5 runner for UR in five of his six races...Was 5th at the Rochester Flower City Opener, his highest finish of the season...Earned All-UAA 2nd Team honors for the second straight season after placing 11th at the conference meet in a season best 8k time of 25:28...Earned third top-25 finish of the year at the Yellowjacket Invitational where he was 21st and UR's top finisher...Overall, finished ahead of over 82% of opponents...Selected to UAA's All-Academic team for the second straight season.

At UR 2014: Had a great sophomore season for Rochester, running in six events, earning three top-10 finishes...Placed 5th at the Yellowjacket Invitational, 6th at the Oswego Invitational and 8th at the UAA Championships, earning 2nd Team All-UAA honors...Also, was an All-Region selection after placing in 31st of 285 runners at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet at GVP...Defeated nearly 90% of opposing runners...Named USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete while also being on UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2013: The freshman had first season at UR cut short due to illness...Ran in three total races, with an outstanding run of 2nd place (25:59.6) at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 14, helping Rochester take the team title...Ended 26th (3rd on UR), at the Geneseo Invitational on Oct. 5.

HS: Cross country, indoor track and outdoor track and field letterwinner at Bishop Eustace HS...Named co-captain in all three sports as a senior...Named 1st Team All-Conference three times in both cross country and outdoor track...Named All-South Jersey in XC as a senior...Helped Crusaders teams to conference and non public B state titles as a sophomore and junior in cross country...Personal best time of 15:43.89 in the 5k on the track...Class validictorian and president of the National Honor Society.
