At UR 2014: Competed in six events for Rochester as a sophomore...Cracked the top-50, earning 49th place in a career best 27:15.4 at the Oswego State Invitational to open the season...Placed 68th of 208 runners in the open race of the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble in October.

At UR 2013: Ran in five events as a freshman, earning four top-50 finishes...Ended in 33rd place at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational in a time of 27:39.5...Was 2nd UR runner to cross tape at the NYSCTC Championships, ending in 45th.

HS: Lettered in cross country and track and field for the Chiefs of Massapequa HS...Named cross country team captain as a senior when he was named All-County and a HS All-American...Named All-Conference and All-Division for two years in track and field...Member of the National Honor Society.
