At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Had the best season of her career as a senior, jumping a career best 10.96m at the Cornell Deneault Invitational on Feb. 22, ranking 53rd in NCAA Division III...Earned a 6th place finish at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships with a jump of 10.62m...Qualified for ECAC's and earned an 18th place finish...Overall, competed in eight meets.

Outdoor: Participated in seven meets during the spring...Finished 3rd in the triple jump at the Oneonta May Meet, jumping an outdoor career best 10.90m whihc was ranked in the top-100 in NCAA Division III...Was 8th at the NYSCTC Championships and qualified for the ECAC Championships...Placed 1st on the 4x400m relay and 2nd in the triple jump at the ROC City Classic on Apr. 12.

At UR 2012-13: Indoor: The junior just missed scoring at the NYSCTC Championships when she finished 9th in the triple jump (10.41m)...Was on winning 4x400m relay at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...Finished 3rd in the triple jump (10.56m) at the Ithaca College Invitational.

Outdoor: Placed 3rd in the triple jump in two straight meets during the middle of the season (4/6 UR Alumni Invite; 4/13 RWC Redhawk Open)...Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships in both the triple jump (12th) and the 400m (15th).

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Scored in the NYSCTC Championships for UR due to her 8th place finish in the triple jump (10.49m)...Set a personal best distance of 10.69m at the NYU Division III Challenge where she placed 5th...Jumped 10.12m for 2nd place in the triple jump at the Hamilton Continental Invitational Jan. 21...Posted a career best mark in long jump (4.84m) in earning 5th place at the RIT Early Season Opener.

Outdoor: Jumped to a 5th place finish in the triple jump (10.39m) at the UR Alumni Invitational Apr. 14 and qualified for the NYSCTC Championships...Jumped to an 8th place finish in the triple jump at the Danny Curran Invitational where she recorded a distance of 10.22m.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Posted a 6th place finish at the RIT Tiger Invitational in the triple jump, jumping 9.87m...Competed in the NYSCTC Championships, where she placed 15th in the triple jump after jumping 10.09m.

Outdoor: Earned 9th place at the NYSCTC Championships in the triple jump after recording a distance of 10.59m...Posted a season best distance in the triple jump at the RWC Raider Open where she jumped 10.67m, good for 4th place.

HS: Tappan Zee HS graduate who earned letters in soccer, indoor and outdoor track for the Dutchwomen...Co-captain of track and field team her junior and senior seasons...MVP as a senior when she also earned All-Conference and 1st Team All-County honors...Was county and league champion in the triple jump her senior season when she also qualified for the state championships...Member of the National Honor Society.
