At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Competed in four meets during the winter...Qualified for the 400m at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, finishing in 11th place with a run of 1:02.43...Was on 3rd place 4000m distance medley relay at the SPIRE North Coast Open on Jan. 25.

Outdoor: The senior ended her UR career competing in two meets during the outdoor season...Finished 15th in the 400m at the SUNY G Open on Apr. 18.

At UR 2012-13: Outdoor: Competed only in the spring outdoor season as a junior, running in seven meets...Was on the 2nd place 4x400m relay at the Rochester Spring Invitational on Mar. 30...Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships in the 200m where she posted a time of :29.20.

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Again won a NYSCTC title as a member of the 4x400m relay, this time recording a time of 4:08.11...Also, ended 4th in the 4x200m (1:48.30) and 8th in the 400m (1:06.11) at the NYSCTC Championships...Placed 3rd in the 500m at the RIT Early Season Opener on Dec. 8.

Outdoor: Highlighted her sophomore season by being a part of the 6th place 4x400m relay at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships where the runners combined to set a new school record (3:55.63) in the process...Also, ran at ECAC's as a part of the 4x100m relay...Just missed out on scoring for UR with a 9th place finish in the 200m and 10th place in the 400m at the NYSCTC Championships...Was a part of the 4x100m relay that took 1st place at the UR Alumni Invitational.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: As a freshman, did well at the NYSCTC Championships winning titles in the 400m (1:02.18), with the 4x400m relay team (4:10.77), finishing 3rd on the 4x200m relay team (1:49.34) and ending 6th in the 200m (:28.28)...Was a member of the 1st place 4x400m relay team (3:59.72) at the NYU Team Challenge...Competed on two relays, the 4x200m (16th) and 4x400m (14th) at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships.

Outdoor: Was a part of the NYSCTC Championship winning 4x400m relay that ran a time of 4:04.66...Also, scored for UR at states in the 100m (3rd, :13.05), 200m (8th, :27.82) and the 4x100m relay (4th, :51.39)...Was a member of the 1st place 4x400m relay team (4:05.89) from the VMI/Washington & Lee Carnival on Mar. 25...Competed at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships on two relays, the 4x100m and 4x400m.

HS: Attended Jamestown High School where she participated in indoor and outdoor track & field for the Red Raiders...She was the team captain her junior and senior years...Named team's Most Improved her junior year and followed it up with a team MVP her senior year...Made appearances at the indoor and outdoor track & field state meets her senior year...Academic accolades are Student of the Year, Roskamp Award, Young Women in Public Affairs Scholarship, and the Jasmine Cantor Award for Graduating Top 10 percent in overall averages.
