At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Competed in six meets indoors as a senior, participating in the weight throw...Voted as one of the teams captains...Finished 9th at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, tossing a career best distance of 13.96 meters, which ended second on UR this year...Was runner-up at the RIT February Invitational with a distance of 13.43 meters...Finished 4th at the Houghton December Classic.

Outdoor: Participated in eight meets...Finished 9th at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw, tossing a PR 43.92 meters, being the top mark by a UR thrower during the season...Also, ended 12th in the discus (31.31 meters) at the state meet...Ended 4th in the discus at the Cortland Classic...Had multiple top-8 finishes at three meets, coming at the Nazareth ROC City Classic, Golden Eagle Fright Night Invite and the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet...At SJFC, ended 5th in the discus and 6th in the hammer.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: The junior set a personal best of 13.49 meters in the weight throw at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan 30...Earned berth at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships and finished 14th in the weight throw...Four top-8 finishes during the indoor season.

Outdoor: Earned first berth into the ECAC Division III Championships, qualifying in the discus where she would place 14th...Set personal best marks in the spring season in both the discus (39.04m) and hammer throw (43.50m)...Was 5th in the discus at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships and 10th in the hammer...Recorded seven top-8 results on the year, inlcuding a season best 3rd place twice, coming in the hammer throw at the Nazareth ROC City Classic and in the discus at the Rochester Spring Invite.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in seven meets indoors as a sophomore...Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships where she ended 16th in the weight throw with a distance of 12.81m...Had a season best finish of 7th place in weight throw at the season opening RIT Early Season Invitational...Also, finished 9th in the weight throw at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invitational.

Outdoor: Participated six times...Tossed a personal best distance of 35.78m at the NYSCTC Championships in the discus, earning a 7th place result in the process...Qualified for the NYSCTC meet in the hammer throw as well, finishing in 26th place...Earned two 8th place finishes at the SJFC Cardinal Classic, one coming in the hammer throw where she tossed a distance of 40.76m, the farthest throw by a UR athlete in 2015...Was 4th in the discus at the Oneonta May Meet.

At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Freshman had a strong first year on the River Campus...Posted season best toss of 10.69m in the shot put in her first college meet, the RIT Early Season Invitational, finishing 5th...Earned spot in the NYSCTC Indoor Championships in both the shot and weight throw, where she placed 12th and 15th respectively...Threw 12.39m in the weight throw at states, a season best.

Outdoor: Showed strong throwing skills again for UR, scoring for the Yellowjackets at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the discus (6th), tossing a season long 34.04m...Also, qualified for states in the shot put, ending in 15th place...Had seven total top-10 finishes during the spring.

HS: Graduated from Waterloo HS where she lettered in volleyball, basketball and track and field...Named track and field team captain her junior and senior season for the Vikings...Was a four-time All-County selection in track and field, two-time All-State selection in volleyball and earned All-State honors once in basketball as well...Personal best toss of 35.96m in the discus...Class Valedictorian...Was named Akron Beacon Journam Scholar Athlete of the Year...President of the National Honor Society and Beta Club.
