At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Voted team captain as a senior...Was a part of UR's distance medley relay team that set a new school record of 12:01.12 at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships, finishing 4th in the process and ending the season ranked #18 in NCAA Division III...Also, competed on 15th place 4x200 meter relay at ECAC's...Was a medalist in three events at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, finishing 4th in the 400 meters (UR season best 1:00.40 in prelims), 3rd on 4x400 relay and 5th on 4x200 relay...4x400 team also had best time by a UR relay this season, running a time of 4:08.57...Notched two 4th place finishes at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational.

Outdoor: Was four-time medalist at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, placing 4th in the 400 meters and 6th in the 200 meters, 4x100 meter relay and 4x400 meter relay...Had UR's quickest time this year in three sprint events individually and two additional relays...Season best time of 58.63 seconds in the 400 meters at the Oneonta Final Qualifier...Top 100 and 200 times at the Nazareth ROC City Classic, crossing the finish in 12.79 seconds and 25.93 seconds respectively...Top-3 in three events at the Cortland Classic, including being on winning 4x400 meter relay...Earned Academic All-District honors from CoSIDA and was given the Terrence L. Gurnett Female Scholar Athlete Award at the UR Athletics award banquet...All-Academic Squad member from the USTFCCCA.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Returned to the track and competed in five meets indoors...Started off season with a win on UR's 4x400m relay at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 30...Finished 3rd at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational in the 500m in a personal best time of 1:20.03...Also, set new indoor PR in the 200m (26.86 seconds) at the Golden Eagle Invite on Feb. 20.

Outdoor: Competed five times outdoors, including at the Penn Relays, the NYSCTC and ECAC Championships...Was on state winning 4x100m relay...Also, 4x400m relay posted a UR season best time of 4:01.51 and 2nd place finish at states...Ended 15th individually in the 200m at the NYSCTC meet...Was on 9th place 4x100m relay during the ECAC Championships...Finished 2nd at the St. John Fisher Last Chance meet in the 400m.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Started off sophomore season strong, but was shut down halfway through indoor season with a medical issue...Was on a winning relay at first three meets of the season, also coming in 2nd place in the 400m at the Bomber Invitational on Jan. 31...Placed 4th in both the 60m and 200m at the season opening RIT Early Season Invitational.

At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Was a part of two school record setting relays during freshman season...On 4x200m relay which placed 2nd and set a new UR record of 1:45.91 at the Bomber Invitational on Feb. 15...Also, ran on 4x400m relay which posted a time of 3:56.85 at the Boston U. Valentine Invite, ranking as the 45th fastest time in NCAA Division III...Overall, ran in eight meets...Finished 8th in the 1600m relay and 9th in the 800m relay at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Earned two 2nds (4x400m, 4x200m) and a 3rd (400m) at the NYSCTC meet, finishing the winter with 10 top-3 finishes.

Outdoor: Posted 10 total event wins across eight meets during the outdoor season...Was a triple winner (4x100m, 4x400m, 400m) at the SUNY G Open on Apr. 18...Helped set new UR outdoor record in the 4x400m relay, running a 3:54.04 at the Oneonta May Meet, ranking in the top-50 in the country...Was 11th on the 4x400m relay, 21st in the 4x100m and 25th in the 400m at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...On 1st place 1600m relay at the NYSCTC Championships...Also, finished 3rd in the 400m and 5th in 400m relay at states.

HS: Athens Area HS grad...Lettered in basketball and track and field for the Wildcats...Named track MVP all four years on the squad...Named All-District 1st Team her senior year in track and field...Personal bests of :12.85 (100m), :26.67 (200m) and :58.66 (400m)...Was a part of the 4x400m school record set in her sophomore season...Member of the National Honor Society and was class Salutatorian.
