At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Ran in four competitions during sophomore campaign...Was 18th at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships in the 5000 meters, crossing the finish in 19:49.91...Earned 3rd place result in the 5k at the RIT February Invitational, running a season best time of 19:37.83...6th place finish at the Utica Pioneer Invitational on Feb. 18, also coming in the 5000 meters.

Outdoor: Competed four times, earning a medal at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 10000 meters, running 8th in 40:37.24...Placed 3rd in the 10k at the Nazareth ROC City Classic...Ran 10th in the 5000 meters at the Cortland Classic.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in four meets...Had season best finish of 17th at the Golden Eagle Invite in the 5000m run.

Outdoor: Ran four times, including qualifying for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships...Ended 19th in the 5000m at states, posting a time of 20:06.99...Was 3rd in the 10000m at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic and 8th in the 5000m at the Rochester Spring Invitational.

HS: Corning Painted Post HS grad...Ran cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field for the Hawks.
