At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Had a solid senior season indoors, qualifying for two championship meets in the distance events...Was 6th in the 5000 meters (18:23.57) at the Liberty League Championships, helping the Yellowjackets finish runner-up in the team standings...Also, ended 13th in the 3k (10:47.47) at Liberty League's, with both performances being indoor personal best times...Placed 13th in the 5000 meters at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Houghton Higlander 5k champion on Jan. 18...Ran 4th in the mile at the Brockport Multi & Invitational a week later.

Outdoor: Appeared in five races during the spring...Earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League honors by vitrue of 2nd place result in the 10000 meters at the conference championships in early May...Career-best time of 18:40.99 during the 5000 meters at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational, qualifying her for the All-Atlantic Regional meet...Finished the 5k in 16th at the AAR competition...Honored with spot on Liberty League All-Academic team for the second straight year.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Ran six times indoors...Was 1st in the 5000 meters at the RIT February Invitational on Feb. 2...Placed 9th at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships and 10th at the Liberty League Championships in the 5k...Career-best time of 18:44.03 at the LL meet.

Outdoor: Appeared in five meets during the spring...Was 11th at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in the 5000 meters...Finished 4th in the 5k and posted a personal-best time of 18:56.51 at the Delhi Bronco Track & Field Classic...Finished 8th at the Rochester Twilight Classic in the 1500 meters...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: The sophomore competed for UR at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, finishing in 14th place in the 5000 meters, running a season best time of 19:12.74...Was runner-up in the 5k at the RIT February Invitational and 4th two weeks later at the Utica Pioneer Invitational.

Outdoor: Posted a PR time of 19:04.10 in the 5000 meters at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite, earning a runner-up finish on Apr. 14...Placed 13th in the 5k at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, her fourth straight appearance at the state meet.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Ran in four meets, including the NYSCTC Indoor Championships as a freshman...Was on 9th place 4x800m relay at the state meet which posted UR's fastest time this season of 10:24.35...Individually, placed 16th in the 5000m at NYSCTC's...Had best finish of 12th place come in the mile at the Golden Eagle Invite on Feb. 20.

Outdoor: Competed four times...Finished 12th in the 5000m at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in a season best time of 19:10.35...Was 4th in the 5k at the Rochester Spring Invite.

HS: Earned three letters in both cross country and track and field for the Pioneers of Simi Valley HS...Earned MIP award in cross country in 2012 as a sophomore...Helped team to three straight top-5 finishes in the state, including winning state title in 2013...Was the schools top Scholar Athlete for XC in 2013 and 2014 and for track and field in 2014 and 2015.
