At UR 2020-21: Outdoor: Was nearly unbeatable in final season of eligibility, earning USTFCCCA All-American honors by virtue of finishing 3rd at the NCAA Division III Championships in the 1500 meters...Clocked in with a new school record of 4:27.14, breaking one of UR's longest-standing records...Also, set new school record in the 800 meters, posting a time of 2:11.90 at the Redhawk Capstone Meet on May 14...Ended regular season ranked in top-10 of Division III in both 800 meters (10th) and 1500 meters (6th), also being named All-Region in each event...Named Co-Track Performer of the Meet at the Liberty League West Outdoor Championships after wins in both the 800 meters and 1500 meters...Earned 1st Team All-Conference in both events...Two-time Liberty League Track Performer of the Week (5/10, 5/17)...Did not finish lower than 3rd in any of 12 races contested during the season...Just as decorated academically, earning CoSIDA Academic All-American 3rd Team honors following the season...Academic All-District honoree also was named USTFCCCA All-Academic and Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Excellent senior campaign which ended right before her second straight NCAA Indoor appearance in the 3000 meters...Named USTFCCCA All-American in the 3000 meters following the season...Ranked inside the NCAA Division III top-50 in two events, the 3K (#20, PR 9:53.57) and mile (#43)...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in both events...Earned two All-Liberty League honors, 2nd team in the 3K and honorable mention in the mile after runner-up and third place finishes respectively...PR of 5:06.18 in the mile at LL meet...Won 800 meters at Cornell Kane Invitational in 2:20.02, one of three wins on the year...Named to Liberty League All-Academic team for third time...USTFCCCA All-Academic accolades following the season.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Earned spot at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in the 3000 meters, finishing in 17th place with a personal-best performance of 10:06.89 in the preliminary heats...Was 2-time All-Liberty League runner-up, earning 2nd Team All-Conference honors in both the mile (5:11.33) and 3000 meters (10:13.53), helping UR finish second in the team standings...Two more top-8 finishes at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the 3k (3rd) and the distance medley relay (5th)...Overall, competed at seven meets and had nine top-10 finishes...Had two top-5 results to open the season at the Houghton Highlander Invitational...Ended regular season ranked #43 in Division III in the 3k with her time from the Liberty League Championship meet.
Outdoor: Accumulated five top-10 finishes throughout the spring season...3rd place at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships 1500 meter race...Was 5th in the 800 meters (2:19.99) and 6th in the 1500 meters (4:49.47) at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Had Rochester's top 1500 meter time of 4:43.43, coming at the NC State Raleigh Relays in late March...Runner-up finisher in the 800 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic on Apr. 27...Liberty League All-Academic and USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Made six appearances as a sophomore...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League accolades after running on UR's 3rd place distance medley relay...That DMR finished in 12:58.65, the best on the team this season...Individually, finished 6th in the 800 meters at the LL meet posting a indoor career-best 2:23.85...Finished in 1st on DMR at the Brockport Multi & Invitational...Runner-up in the 3000 meters at the Hamilton Continental Invitational on Jan. 19.
Outdoor: Ran at both the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the 800 meters during the outdoor season...Was 8th at the LL meet and 10th at the AAR met...Had six overall top-5 finishes on the season, earning runner-up honors in the 1500 meters at the Delhi Bronco Track & Field Classic where she also was 3rd in the 800 meters...Season-best time in 800 meters of 2:20.61 at the Allegheny Gator Invite...Honored with spot on the Liberty League All-Academic team.
At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Appeared in six meets, including two of UR's championship meets...Was on 4x800 meter relay team which captured the NYSCTC Indoor title in a school record time of 9:40.57...4x800 team also was runner-up at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships...Individually, competed at states and ECAC's in the 1000 meters, finishing 10th at the NYSCTC meet...Strong effort at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational at SPIRE, finishing 7th in the mile and on 7th place 4x400 meter relay team...Season best performance of 3:10.01 in the 1000 meters at the Boston University Valentine Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets during the spring...Was 7th on UR's 4x400 meter relay at the Cortland Classic...Ran to 11th place at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite on Apr. 14, clocking in at 2:27.83 in the 800 meters.
HS:Â Attended Palmyra Macedon HS where she lettered in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field for the Red Raiders...Was a 2-time track and field team captain, also leading cross country team as a senior...Combined to win seven team MVP awards across the three sports in her career...Was a 1st Team All-League selection in cross country and earned the award seven times during track season...Anchored 4x800 meter relay to sectional titles for four straight years...Personal best of 4:59.06 in the 1500 meters...Earned an IB Diploma, was Secretary of the Foreign Language Club, member of the National Honor Society and was a Student Council Representative.
