At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Ran four times during sophomore campaign...Finished a season-best 13th in the mile at the RIT February Invitational...Had season-best time of 5:46.43 in the mile at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 21.

At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Competed in three meets during rookie season indoors...Placed 19th in the 3000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 26...Ran a season-best 6:09.85 in the mile at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational on Feb. 3.

HS: Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field and soccer for the Warriors of the Wheeler School...Named co-captain XC and both track teams as a senior...Earned Coaches Award in indoor track as a junior and senior and in cross country as a senior...Four straight All-Division honors in indoor track and field and once in XC...Personal best 5k cross country run of 20:37.03...Warriors XC were league championship and New England Championship in junior season, Class C champions as a senior.
