At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Capped off a tremendous indoor season earning All-America honors in both the 400 meters (5th, :57.12) and UR's 4x400 meter relay (5th, 3:52.48)...Earned All-Region honors in the 200 meters, 400 meters and the 4x400 meter relay...Ranked 2nd in NCAA Division III with her 400 meter time (:56.44), 15th in the 4x400 meter relay (3:54.92) and 33rd in the 200 meters (:25.70)...Earned 1st Team All-Liberty League honors after winning both the 400 meters (:57.01) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:59.47), setting a Liberty League Championship meet record with her 400 meter time...Garnered 2nd Team honors in the 200 meter (2nd, :25.70)...Two-time Liberty League Track Performer of the Week (12/31, 2/14)...Broke a school record with her 400 meter time of :55.70 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/12)...Never finished lower than 9th across her 23 appearances...Recorded 17 Top-5 finishes, 15 Top-3 finishes and six first-place victories.
Outdoor: Put together a sensational outdoor campaign, earning USTFCCCA All-America honors in the 400m (4th, :54.58) and the 4x400 meter relay (6th, 3:44.93)...Added five USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 200 meters, 400 meters, 800 meters, 4x100 meter and 4x400 meter relays...4th-fastest 400 meter (:55.23) and 4x400 meter relay (3:44.63) in NCAA Division III...Also, ranked 20th in the 4x100 relay (47.31), 30th in the 800 meters (2:12.84) and 34th in the 200 meters (:24.81)...Named Liberty League Outdoor Track Performer of the Year...Took home three 1st Team All-Liberty League honors in the 200 meters (1st, :24.81), 800 meters (1st, 2:12.84) and the 4x100 meter relay (1st, :48.27)...Added a 2nd Team All-Liberty League honor in the 100 meters (2nd, :12.40)...Twice broke the school record in the 400 meters at the Nazareth ROC City Final Qualifier (:55.23) on May 15 and then again at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (:54.48) on May 26-28...Also, helped break the school 4x100 meter relay record three times, most recently at the Nazareth ROC City Final Qualifier (:47.31) as well as the 4x400 meter relay record (3:45.24) at the UR Alumni Invitational...5-time Liberty League Track Performer of the Week...Garnered 11 1st place finishes, 20 Top-3 finishes and never finished below 12th in any single event...Awarded Sylvia Fabricant Award for Sportsmanship...Member of both the Liberty League and USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams...CoSIDA Academic All-District selection...2022 Lysle “Spike” Garnish Scholar Award winner.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Competed in two events at the Nazareth Triangular, UR's lone indoor meet of the season...Finished 5th in the 200 meters in 28.27 seconds and was on Rochester's 'B' relay in the 4x400 meter relay which was 4th in 4:25.35.
Outdoor: Tremendous season once again on the track, earning All-America honors on UR's 3rd place 4x400 meter relay at the NCAA Division III Championships which had a school record time of 3:46.33 during the season...Also, finished 16th at nationals individually in the 400 meters, clocking in 57.61 seconds...Ranked top-50 in NCAA Division III in the 4x400 meters (9th), 400 meters (16th, 56.69) and 800 meters (50th, 2:16.44)...Earned 1st Team All-Liberty League honors after winning titles at the conference championship in the 4x400 meters and 400 meters...Also, was 4th at LL meet in 200 meters...Had 16 finishes inside the top-3, including three at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular on Apr. 3...Liberty League Performer of the Week on May 3 along with relay team and was conference Rookie of the Week on May 10...All-Region honors in 400 meters and 4x400 meter relay from the USTFCCCA...Liberty League All-Academic selection...Honored for classroom work by USTFCCCA as All-Academic Team member.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Made an immediate impact on the Yellowjackets, being a two-time NCAA qualifier before the national meet was canceled, earning USTFCCCA All-American honors twice for her qualification...Part of two school records as a first-year, setting 400 meter mark of 57.43 seconds and also running on 4x400 meter relay which posted a time of 3:49.43...Finished top-2 a total of four times at the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Region championships...Earned 1st Team All-Conference honors in the 4x400 meter relay and was 2nd Team in the 400 meters...Named Liberty League Rookie of the Year following the season...Ranked #11 individually in Division III in the 400 meters, and on UR's #5 ranked relay...Two-time All-Region selection by the USTFCCCA...Honored with weekly awards three times from the Liberty League, including twice as Track Performer of the Week (2/10, 3/9) and once as Rookie of the Week (2/3)...Accumulated 12 top-3 results on the season.
HS: Attended Fayetteville-Manlius HS...Lettered in field hockey (3x) and indoor (5x) and outdoor (5x) track and field for the Hornets...Co-Captain of field hockey team as a senior and was MVP of two tournaments during her career...1st Team All-League and All-Section in field hockey as a junior and senior, earning All-Central New York honors during 2018 season...Named All-Central NY three times in track and field, twice outdoors and once indoors as a sprinter/middle-distance runner...200 meter PR of 26.55 seconds and 400 meter PR of 57.56 seconds...Made multiple appearances at state and national competitions on the track, finishing 9th in state in the 400 meters as a senior, winning 4x800 meter relay, while also running on national runner-up distance medley relay team...DMR also won Penn Relays title in 2019...Hornets won indoor and outdoor team and league sectional titles for three straight seasons in both indoor and outdoor track...Member of Model UN.
