At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Ran in five meets, capping off the indoor campaign with an impressive performance at Liberty Leagues...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors with a third-place finish (18:30.00) in the 5,000 meters at the conference championships...Also placed fifth with a new PR of 10:17.91 to score in the 3,000 meters at Liberty Leagues...Finished outside the top six just once, tallying four top-five results...Earned a podium finish at the All-Atlantic Region Championships, finishing second in the 5,000 meters...Scored another PR in the mile (6th, 5:23.25) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 3...Competed in the 5,000 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational placing 45th...Finished the regular season ranked 43rd in the 5,000 meters on the NCAA Division III Indoor Qualifying List.

Outdoor: Competed six times during a stellar, outdoor campaign...Won the 10,000 meters at Liberty Leagues to score First-Team All-Liberty League honors, clocking in at 37:13.45...Also placed fourth in the 5,000 meters (17:38.55) at the conference championships, helping Rochester repeat as outdoor champions...Earned a podium finish in the 5,000 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships, finishing second in the 5,000 meters (17:42.34)...Five top-two finishes...Set the school record in the 10,000 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 12, clocking in at 36.07.87, 16th-overall and better than several Division I competitors in the event...Opened the outdoor season with an event win and PR in the 5,000 meters (1st, 17:36.77) at the Towson Invitational on March 29...Added another PR and event win in the 1,500 meters (1st, 4:55.15) at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on April 20...Finished the regular season ranked 34th in the 10,000 meters on the NCAA Division III Outdoor Qualifying List...Earned third-consecutive Liberty League All-Academic honor...USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Appeared five times, with two meets being the AARTFC and Liberty League Indoor Championships...Scored a runner-up finish in the 5000 meters at the Liberty League meet, earning 2nd Team All-Conference honors in the process...Was 11th in the 3k at the conference meet...Ran a personal-best 17:52.40 at the AARTFC meet in the 5000 meters, scoring a 5th place result...Runner-up in the 5k at the Fastrack National Invitational on Feb. 10...Secured 6th place in the mile at the Brockport Multi.

Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Niagara Region in the 10000 meters, ranking 40th in NCAA Division III (36:45.13)...Ran in four meets, competing in the distance events...Capped off the outdoor season with Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors in the 10000 meters, finishing 3rd at Liberty Leagues with a 37:52.15 time...Also, ran the 5000 meters at the conference championships, crossing the finish line in 18:40.59 for a 10th place result...Set a new personal-best time in the 1500 meters at the UR Alumni Invitational, finishing 9th in 4:56.99...Scored four top-10 finishes...Added another new personal-best at the Bison Outdoor Classic, clocking in at 36:45.13 in the 10000 meters, good for 20th...Opened the outdoor season with a 4th place result in the 5000 meters (18:08.65) at the RIT Invitational...Named Liberty League All-Academic and USTFCCCA All-Academic.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Competed at six different meets...Turned in 6th-place finishes in the 5000 meters at the Bomber Invitational on Feb. 6 (19:17.38), and the Liberty League Indoor Championships on Feb. 26 (18:40.10)...Scored top-10 finishes in four-of-six events...Ranked 14th in the 5k (18:47.43) at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships.

Outdoor: Appeared in five meets, running the 1500, 5000 and 10000 meters...Ran a personal-best 38:49.19 (4th) 10000 meters at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships on May 19...Scored four top-10 and three top-5 finishes...Earned a podium finish in the 10000 meters at the Geneseo Quad Meet & Multi on Apr. 24 (3rd, 39:53.54)...Finished 5th in the 10k at the Liberty League Championships...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team.

At UR 2020-21: Outdoor: Ran six times during rookie season with UR...Qualified for the Liberty League West Championships in the 5000 meters and placed 9th in a season-best 19:43.65...Season-best result of 6th place at the UR-Ithaca-RIT Triangular, coming in the 5k...Top-time of 5:20.74 in the 1500 meters on Apr. 17 at the Geneseo-Ithaca-UR Tri-Meet.

HS: Graduated from Waterloo HS where she participated on the cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field teams...Captained Indians teams as a senior...Voted team MVP for cross country and indoor track as a senior when she also was selected Athlete of the Year...Earned seven straight 1st Team All-League honors in cross country, also being 1st Team All-League in the 3000 meters indoors...Was Section V Class C individual 3K champion with a time of 11:17...Personal best 5K time of 21:05...Helped Waterloo win four straight Wayne Finger Lakes Eastern Division titles...Section V Class C champions in 2016 and 2018...Class of 2020 Secretary...President of the National Honor Society...Varsity Club VP and was also member of Interact Club and Student Council.
